One tap per order
Every new order and payment screenshot arrives with buttons: Paid, Not paid, Dispatched, Cancel. Each action asks a quick Yes/No first, then the customer is told automatically.
For restaurants, takeaways and cloud kitchens
Customers ask “menu?”, “do you deliver to me?” and “can I pay by card?” all day and late at night. Webxeen answers on your restaurant’s WhatsApp in the customer’s own language, books the order with a receipt, and sends the order straight to you.
In short: Webxeen is an AI assistant for your restaurant’s WhatsApp number. It answers only from your own menu, prices and delivery rules, takes delivery and takeaway orders 24/7 in 8 languages, collects name, address and payment method, sends a receipt with an order number, and alerts you so you can mark it Paid or Dispatched.
The demo runs in your browser: no sign-up, nothing is sent to real WhatsApp.
An example order
The assistant replies straight away, quotes prices from your menu (it never invents a price), adds your delivery fee and asks the customer to confirm. Then it collects the name, address and payment method and sends a clean receipt with an order number.
If the customer changes their mind about payment after booking — say from cash on delivery to a bank transfer — they can switch. For online payments the assistant asks for a slightly odd amount, never more than the total, so you can spot each payment in your bank app at a glance.
You get the order on your own WhatsApp with buttons. Tap Dispatched when the rider leaves and the customer is told automatically.

Everyday messages
| Customer writes | What Webxeen does |
|---|---|
| “Menu?” / “How much is the biryani?” | Answers from your own menu and price list only. It never invents prices or dishes. |
| “I want to order” | Collects items, quantities, name, address and payment method, confirms the total and sends a receipt with an order number. |
| “Can I pay by card instead?” | The customer can switch payment method after booking, e.g. from cash on delivery to bank transfer or a mobile wallet. |
| “Please cancel my order” | Customers can cancel by themselves before the order is dispatched. |
| A payment screenshot | Reads the amount, transaction ID, date and receiver, and warns you if the amount is lower than due, the money went to a different account, the screenshot looks edited or was already used for another order. |
| “My food arrived cold” | Logs a numbered complaint (C1, C2…) for your team and tells the customer they will get a reply within 24 hours. |
| “When did I last order?” | Remembers returning customers and their past orders, and answers with the real order history. |
| Off-topic chat | Politely keeps the conversation about your restaurant. |
Please note: no AI can catch every fake payment. Always confirm the money in your own bank or mobile-wallet app before the food leaves the kitchen.
Languages
Restaurants in tourist areas, big cities and the Gulf hear many languages on the same day. Webxeen replies in the language the customer writes in: Urdu, Roman Urdu, English, Arabic, Farsi, Spanish, Hindi and Italian.
You keep one menu and one price list. The Silver plan covers Urdu, Roman Urdu and English; Gold and Premium include all 8 languages. Each business also has its own currency and time zone, so a takeaway in Dubai, Madrid or London works the same way.
Your side
Every new order and payment screenshot arrives with buttons: Paid, Not paid, Dispatched, Cancel. Each action asks a quick Yes/No first, then the customer is told automatically.
When several riders leave at once, type one line instead of tapping each order:
dispatched 18-24cancel 18 out of stockrefunded 18undo 18pendingAfter 2 returned cash-on-delivery orders, that customer must pay in advance. Payment screenshots are checked for you before the food goes out.
Quiet hours keep your phone silent from 11 PM to 8 AM. At 8 AM you get one list: payments to check, orders to send, refunds due and open complaints.
Tap buttons on WhatsApp and payment-screenshot checking are in the Gold and Premium plans; Silver sends order alerts by email with a morning summary. Compare plans.
